• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All items, except those on pre-order, will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days (not included major holidays and weekends) of cleared payment. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 6 weeks. Items are shipped 1st class with tracking, however, faster shipping methods can be implemented per request for additional shipping cost.

• What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

  This is an unusual, but unfortunate possibility when shipping any item. All of our items are shipped USPS first class or Priority (except for international shipping which is priority). First class shipping IS NOT covered for loss or damage, however, if you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance or signature tracking, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. As such, we will do all we can to assure your item reaches its destination, but we are not responsible for loss or damage that has not been covered by insurance.
